Proper Technique:

Burpees are a good fast paced exercise strengthens the chest and core. It is also an excellent move for aerobic conditioning. 

Gets the initial squatting position, hands in front of you on the floor. Then relax in a push-up position with your feet. Perform a push-up and return immediately to the squatting  position. 

Now, jump as high as possible, pushing your arms in the air above your head. Repeat the movement completely as quickly as possible.
