Jumps Jacks are one of the simplest, but the most strenuous exercises you will encounter. Jumping Jacks recruit virtually every muscle group in your body and offer a great cardio session.

To make them sit up straight with your feet about six inches apart. Arms should be at your side. Then jump up and take the foot of the highest body width apart.

At the same time, raise your arms up and unite to retouch. Then, jump and bring your legs back to the starting position, while at the same time also return your arms to the starting position of the body.
