Proper Technique :
Using a preacher bench, hold a dumbbell in your right palm up hand. The support arm and elbow against the pad and do not move during the lift. Curl dumbbell until forearm touches biceps. Lower to starting position using the same path. Complete set and change arms. It can be done with 2 arms or a regular barbell.
